Welcome to my hive. I’m Debra, a lifelong explorer and systems creator who believes that every adventure, whether across the world or inside a business process, adds another drop of honey to who we become. I’m endlessly curious, always learning, and forever inspired by the idea that life gets sweeter when we step outside our comfort zones.

For fun, I love traveling, making new friends, and tasting unforgettable food along the way. I’m obsessed with whodunit mysteries and clever plot twists, and nothing recharges my spirit more than nature, especially standing quietly beneath ancient redwoods or listening to the ocean weave its magic along the shore.

My travels have taken me to Canada, Jamaica, Singapore, Bali, Italy, Sicily, Spain, and Paris, each journey expanding my perspective and reminding me just how beautiful possibility can be. I carry that same spirit into my work as a Project Manager and business systems consultant. In every project, I show up with a Queen Bee mindset: calm, focused, open-minded, brave, and committed to creating order out of chaos.

Here in my corner of the hive, I help individuals and businesses streamline their workflows, elevate their systems, and navigate change with clarity and confidence. Whether I’m building dashboards, designing automation, or mentoring someone into their next chapter, my goal is simple: to help you move forward with purpose and a little bit of magic.

In July 2024, I earned my CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification, and it was a huge milestone in my ongoing mission to turn organized chaos into something truly productive (and maybe even fun). This blog started as a way to track my progress, reflect on what I’ve learned, and hopefully help others who are flying down a similar path.
